18 and Abused is a porn site that features extreme sex, rough and degrading sex, group sex, and other content with teenage girls. Though technically a niche site, there’s a lot of crossover with more mainstream porn productions, too. In some respects, 18 and Abused puts the “hard” in hardcore.
The site is a brand or channel/label of Bang!, which we’ve reviewed separately here. It also goes by the name 18 and Extreme on Bang!, probably an attempt to get away from the negative connotations associated with “abused”. Bang!, in turn, is a relatively new site, that consolidated and re-branded several holdings formerly under the VideosZ site in 2016. They’re largely a clearinghouse for other studios’ work, though they do have some originals, too. At present, the 18andabused.org domain has a ranking on its own only around the top 1 million sites globally, though it’s in the top 400k in the US. Bang!, on the other hand, is in the top 15k globally, and in the top 10k in the US.
Like Bang! as a whole, the site content consists of videos of varying quality, length, and origin. Much of the content is licensed from studio partners, and is not original or exclusive. There are some original productions, but they’re all lumped together under the Bang! Originals channel. All of the videos do fit well within the “18 and Abused/18 and Extreme” branding, and the categories and content reflect that.
As mentioned above, 18 and Abused is basically a funnel page, with some low-quality, short clips, designed to get you to click through to the main Bang! site, and become a member there. Once on Bang!, you can see there are around 2,200 videos in the category. They’re split about evenly between Free and Prime (the Bang! paid subscription), with around 1,000 in each. See below under Subscription for more information on that “free” designation and how it works.
Videos are around 60% HD, a few dozen in 4K, and the rest in sub-HD, usually 720p. The lengths vary wildly since they come from so many different sources, with some as short as just a few minutes, and others as long as an hour. The average length seems to be in the 30 to 40 minute range. Content is updated several times a day across all the channels and categories of the site. So, you’ll get several videos per month in this category. It’s worth noting, however, that it doesn’t seem they’ve tagged videos into this channel in the last 6 months, so use caution if this is your main reason for signing up.
There are about 50 category filters that you can use on the Bang! site interface to find just what you’re looking for. Within the 18 and Abused channel, most of the content tends to fall into some key categories or themes, though there is a great deal of variety. Hetero and lesbian content is the main fare, with no transsexual or gay content readily found within the channel (though there is some transsexual content on Bang! as a whole). Most of the videos are closely tied to the overall themes of extreme, rough, degradation, and so on. Anal gaping, gangbangs, facial abuse, cumshots, deep throat fucking, ass to mouth, gagging, choking, and crying, and similar make up the lion’s share of the content.
Since almost all the videos in the 18 and Abused/18 and Extreme channel come from outside studios, there are plenty of mainstream pornstars appearing here. There are also lots of amateurs, newbies, and unknowns, so you get a good mix. With some 300 or more studios having their content licensed on Bang!, from all around the world and different niches/styles, you’ll likely find plenty of girls that are just your type here. Big names we spotted in our review within the channel include Abella Danger, Valentina Nappi, Lily Rader, Adriana Chechik, Megan Rain, Emma Hix, Blair Williams, AJ Applegate, Riley Reid, Casey Calvert, Kat Dior, Alex Grey, Mandy Muse, Keisha Grey, Zoe Parker, Aidra Fox, and many others.
18 and Abused isn’t part of a network per se, but as mentioned it’s one of several channel offerings from Bang!. These are really just top-level categories. Some examples include 18 and Black, Black on White, Wet Lesbians, Hot Step-Moms, Squirtgasm, Dirty Massage, and similar. The exception is Bang! Originals, which includes content from a variety of categories, but they are all original and exclusive products (rather than licensed from other studios).
FREE CONTENT ALERT!
You can’t get a subscription to 18 and Abused by itself, as it’s just a channel on Bang!, and you therefore need to subscribe to Bang! in order to view all the content. However, as mentioned earlier, around half of the videos are available for free. There’s just a minor catch, but we think it’s well worth it – you have to sign up for at least the free or $1 trial membership (promotional price varies). Any subscription membership signup, even if you immediately cancel, will give you access to all of the free videos for life. That’s around 80k of the 120k or so videos across the whole Bang! site, so it’s a pretty good deal.
If you want access to everything, including all the Bang! Originals and Prime content (really, some of the top releases from their studio licensors), you’ll need the paid subscription. You can pay via credit or debit card, or with many third-party retailer gift cards, which is always a nice plus.

Porn Explosion Advice: The 1 year membership is currently on promotional sale, and though that rate may not last, it’s almost always the cheapest option. If you just want access to the free content, go for the trial. But otherwise, if you intend to subscribe for good, then choose the 1 year option to save the most money.
The overall Bang! library and content are a good value for the money, especially when the annual membership is on discounted promotion. You’ll get a great mix of content with thousands of hours of spank bank material. Looking at just 18 and Abused as a channel, however, we have some concerns. The lack of recent updates makes it unclear what’s going on here. And we never appreciate default automatic cross-sells that can ring up lots of charges on your credit card that you weren’t expecting. If you are ONLY interested in rough, degrading, and abusive content, then there might be other sites that are more current and focused JUST on that content, rather than as a channel or network site. But, if you want an all-around site across lots of categories, that also has a solid library of this kind of specific content, then you could definitely do worse than 18 and Abused.
